Install Instruction
The compressor matches the use of double action airbrush
1. Connect the airbrush6 to the compressor7 with air hose8.
2. Connect the AC Adaptor1 to the compressor7 and plug the adaptor into an electrical outlet. Turn on the power switch.
3. First press the ON/OFF. Adjust the pressure switch by press the button, there is 3 stages air flow adjustment available. The paint/ink/makeup goes into the gravity feed cup4, the trigger5 controls the flow of air and liquid.

CLEANING YOUR AIRBRUSH
Clean airbrush will always give the best results! Don't leave your airbrush dirty as it will compromise the finish of your next airbrush session.
STEP1
Place eight (8) drops of water or 75% Alcohol or Airbrush Cleaning
Solution into airbrush cup as shown. The solution will loosen dissolve Leftover paints/inks.
STEP2
With the unit turn on, place your index finger over the airbrush nozzle to block airflow. Gently pull back on your airbrush throttle 1/4 of the way so small bubbles appear in the airbrush color cup. Back wash for 8-15 seconds depending on the level of cleaning required. Back washing aerates and clears the airbrush inside.
STEP3
With the system on, blowout all water/ alcohol solution onto an
airbrush clean pot or in your bathroom sink by spraying using the
maximum throttle position on your airbrush.
STEP4
Remove any paint residue from the airbrush color cup with an airbrush
cleaning brush. Do not apply excessive pressure to the airbrush needle
running through the bottom of the color cup as this may damage your
airbrush.
CLEANING YOUR NEEDLE
Occasionally, it is recommended to clean the airbrush needle to
ensure the"Airbrush Look"and provide the smoothest possible feathered finish.
Please clean the needle in time after every use.
Read all of these steps carefully to correct splattering.
STEP1
Unscrew the end of the airbrush.
STEP2
Loosen the pin nut and pull the needle out.
STEP3
Wipe the needle clean with a clean wet tissue.
CLEANING YOUR AIRBRUSH NOZZLE
Only clean the nozzle when Airbrush is not clean on time and blocked.
STEP1. Screw off the nozzle cap, screw off the nozzle.
STEP2. Use needle nozzle wash poke the blocked nozzle carefully.
STEP3. Put the block nozzle in 75% alcohol or airbrush solution for half hours.
STEP4. Clean the nozzle carefully using a damp paper towel.
REBUILDING YOUR AIRBRUSH
Now you are ready to rebuild your Airbrush
STEP1
Return the needle back into the Airbrush, being careful not
to bend the needle. Gently push the back end of the needle to make
sure needle is firmly in place.
STEP2
Tighten the needle retaining bolt until the needle is
comfortably secure in the Airbrush. Do not over tighten.
STEP3
Return tail by screwing it onto to the Airbrush. As
a reminder be cautious never to over tighten the tail assembly
onto airbrush.
STEP4
Now add 5 drops of warm water to the color cup to
prime your Airbrush.
STEP5
Back wash the water solution by covering the tip with index
finger and pulling back on spray throttle.
STEP6
Spray out all water solution.
Congratulations, you have serviced your airbrush successfully.
Warning
1.The compressor should be put in dry, clean and ventilates place.
2. Don't let children contact and play.
3. The compressors ambient temperature should be in 0-40C and don't put in solarization.
4. Don t let the compressor work over 30 minutes if don t assemble the hose and the airbrush.
5. Please put the airbrush onto the holder when you don't use it so that not broken.
6. Please turn the compressor off for 15minutes after an hour continuous work, to ensure the better performance of the compress.
Q&A:
1.Problems:Paint nozzle leak or abnormal condition of spray.
Possible reason 1: The needle is bent or distorted.
Solutions: change accessories/parts.
Possible reason 2: Poor connection of nozzle and needle
Solutions: loosen the needle chucking nut, then use the needle touch the nozzle back and forth; screw tightly the needle chucking nut.
2.Problems:Could not spray or bad atomization
Possible reason 1: nozzle clogged.
Solutions: clean the nozzle by solvent.
Possible reason 2: the needle chucking nut is loose.
Solutions: loosen the needle chucking nut; pull out the needle and put it back ;screw tightly the needle chucking nut.
Possible reason 3: operation button doesn't work
Solutions: loosen the needle chucking nut; pull out the needle and put it back ;screw tightly the needle chucking nut.
